We process PP, PA6 and PA12, PPA, PPS, and various PAEKs.

Thanks to our special CNC bending process, not only extruded but also continuous fiber-reinforced tubes can be shaped to your desired shape. With our innovative process, the tubes are heated locally within a very short time and then formed.

With an existing tool set, this can be achieved cost-effectively from a single unit! Even very small tube diameters down to Di = 3 mm are possible.

We also offer functionalization via injection molding, as well as the insertion of flanges and inserts. We supply our tubes, for example, to the transportation sector (from aviation, trucking, and shipping to agricultural machinery), the sports/leisure industry, and the HoReCa sector.
